We had no clue how to go about selling our mobile home in Harston Woods, and doubted that we would get what we wanted for it, but, you made it happen. Realtors don't sell mobile homes here but one referred us to Michael, a licensed broker who contacted us almost immediately. He looked the home over, outlined his plans and fee (which was very reasonable), and got to work. The home sold at the price we asked within about a month after it was listed. All I had to do was sign some forms and deposit the check.

I met Michael Wasneuski at www.MobileHomeOffers.com as I was trying to
empty my parents house after placing them in a care facility. Michael
found out from the park management that I would be selling the house
and he made a cold call to me. Michael told me his company was the
only one that dealt with used mobile homes. I did an internet search
to verify that and found it was true.
When it was time to list the house I called Michael and he was there
the next day with the listing paperwork. From that point on the
process was stress free which is what I needed at the time. Michael
placed signs at the property and advertised the sale.
The remainder of the sales process occurred while I was out of state.
Michael and then his wife Diana were in constant contact and quickly
responded to any query from me. They went so far as to check the mail
box at the property and forwarded mail to me out of state.
The sale was successful and Diana walked the final check to the local
bank for deposit. I would recommend them to anyone selling a used
