From the first conversation with Michael, we became more knowledgeable on mobile home buying/selling. Michael is an expert in his own rights and was able to explain every part of the selling process to us in detail in a way that allowed us to make an informed decision on the sale of our home. He was there for us throughout the entire process. And was available whenever we had questions or issues. He worked diligently to solve each issue with a quick resolution.

Diana on the financial side of the sale process was just as experienced. She explained and walked me through the entire contract/sale process. We cannot imagine having had anyone else by our sides through this process other than Michael/Diana. Not only did the sale go smoothly, but we also feel that we have friends for life. Other neighbors who did not use this company for selling their home are still unsold.
